The 440G TLS-GD2 is a guard-locking safety switch designed to secure machine guards until power is isolated, ensuring operator safety and compliance with industrial safety standards. The model TLS-1 GD2 Power to Release uses a 24 V AC/DC solenoid to maintain lock status and releases only when the solenoid is energized.

It features 2 normally closed and 1 normally open contacts for safety and auxiliary functions, plus 1 normally closed and 1 normally open solenoid contacts for flexible control integration. The fully-flex actuator provides reliable operation and smooth engagement even in applications with slight misalignment.
