Klinkmann Store's general terms of sale and delivery

TERMS OF SALE FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS EFFECTIVE 01.03.2020.

 

1. General

Welcome to Klinkmann Oy’s online store! The online services are available at store.klinkmann.com. These terms apply to Klinkmann Oy’s e-commerce services and the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customers using the services. Klinkmann Oy (registration number 2578852) is a company liable to VAT and is registered in the Commercial Register, and it is the Seller of products sold in the online store. By using Klinkmann’s services, the customer accepts these terms of Klinkmann’s online store and Klinkmann’s right to use the customer’s contact information for marketing purposes.

Klinkmann reserves the right to change these terms by a unilateral decision without prior notice.

Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time of ordering. Unless otherwise stated here, in other aspects we comply with our general sales and delivery terms, as well as the “General Terms of Technical Trade 2010” and Finnish law.

 

2. Customer

Klinkmann’s e-commerce services can only be used by corporate and organizational customers, i.e “Customers”. The agreement between the parties is created when Klinkmann has received the customer’s order via the online store. A separate order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order. The customer agrees to these terms with each order.

The customer can use Klinkmann’s e-commerce services both while logged-in and without logging in. When purchasing products from the Klinkmann online store, the user can register as a customer of the online store and create a customer account with a username and password. The customer is obliged to provide their contact information when placing an order, including an e-mail address and the company’s registration number.

Login requires ordering a username and password from Klinkmann’s customer service in advance. The Customer informs Klinkmann of the contact persons and their respective contact details to whom Klinkmann may provide usernames and passwords, and who are authorized to place binding orders on behalf of the Customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information and is obliged to immediately notify Klinkmann of any changes. The customer is fully responsible for the usernames and passwords they are provided with and for any damage caused while using them.

 

3. Ordering

Ordering takes place via the Internet using the e-commerce website. Klinkmann will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Customer to confirm the order, prices, payments, availability and delivery information. Any comments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation, during office hours. Klinkmann reserves the right to restrict sales in exceptionally large batches, in the event of a product pricing error in the online store, and other exceptional circumstances.

 

4. Prices

All prices are stated without VAT, VAT 0%. Only Klinkmann can modify or cancel an online order.

 

5. Payment and delivery terms

Products and costs are paid for at the time of placing the order using the payment service or by invoice. The payment condition for invoices is an advanced payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

The delivery condition of the orders is Ex Works Helsinki. According to the terms of the online store, e-commerce orders are only delivered to Finland or the Baltic states. Deliveries to other countries are only made by separate agreement and on separate terms. Klinkmann’s Customer Service processes orders within 24 hours on average, during office hours, and stock items are shipped after 48 hours. If the delivery time for the ordered products is substantially longer than expected, Klinkmann’s customer service will try to inform the customer about it. Klinkmann shall not be liable for any delivery delays and damages, or for damages resulting from force majeure circumstances beyond its control, which the company could not have reasonably foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid, or for other damages. Force majeure includes e.g. industrial action, illness of staff, epidemics, pandemics, import and export bans and transport disruptions. Delivery date means the date of shipment from Klinkmann’s warehouse in Helsinki. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information they provide is correct.

 

6.SERVICE PRICES

Klinkmann Finland online store, Klinkmann online store service fees and delivery times in Finland and the Baltic states. Klinkmann reserves the right to change the terms unilaterally without prior notice.

If the order value with net prices comes to less than € 140 (VAT 0%): the delivery and handling fee is € 8 + VAT.
If the order value with net prices comes to € 140 or more (VAT 0%): FREE DELIVERY.
Estimated delivery time for products in stock: 2-4 working days.
Delivery time for products that need to be ordered is confirmed in the order confirmation.
Delivery time and delivery fees to countries other than Finland or the Baltic states are confirmed in the order confirmation.

 

7. Returns

When returning products, the Customer must first contact the customer service of Klinkmann’s online store. The customer will receive a notification of the approved return by e-mail, which will be accompanied by instructions and a return code. The product can be returned on condition that product is in the same condition as when it was sold and that the product packaging is intact. The return must be accompanied by the shipping list included in the shipment. For returned stock products, we refund 70% of the purchase price of the product. By order – products have no right of refund.

 

8. Complaints

The customer must check the condition of the order and the ordered products immediately after receiving the order and no later than within 3 days of receiving the order. Complaints about defective or incorrect products must be made to the customer service of Klinkmann’s online store.

 

9. Responsibility

The customer is responsible for backing up their own data and files. Klinkmann shall not be liable for the destruction, loss or alteration of the Customer’s data or files and for any damages and costs incurred as a result of that.

 

10. Copyright

All copyrights to the content of the e-commerce pages belong to Klinkmann Oy.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment transfer service supplier and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier first.
